ForensIQ provides AI-powered tools to assist forensic examiners in generating professional reports from digital forensic data exports. The service is intended for use by qualified professionals only.

3. Professional Use Only

ForensIQ is designed exclusively for use by licensed or authorized forensic examiners, law enforcement personnel, legal professionals, and other qualified individuals. By using this service, you represent that:

You are authorized to handle the forensic data you upload
You have obtained all necessary legal permissions to process the data
You will use the service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ForensIQ to:

Process data you are not legally authorized to handle
Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
Infringe on the privacy rights of any individual
Generate reports intended to mislead courts or legal proceedings
Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the service

5. Data and Privacy

Uploaded forensic files are processed solely for report generation and are permanently deleted immediately after processing. We do not retain, analyze, or share your forensic data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

ForensIQ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated reports are assistive tools only and should be reviewed by a qualified examiner before use in any legal proceeding. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal admissibility of generated reports.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForensIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to errors in generated reports or data loss.

8. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated reports before use. ForensIQ is a productivity tool, not a substitute for professional judgment. All reports must be reviewed and signed off by a qualified examiner.

9. Intellectual Property

The ForensIQ platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by ForensIQ. Reports generated using your data belong to you. You grant us no rights to your uploaded data beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service for violations of these terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to other users or the integrity of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify waitlist members of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal legal proceedings.
