Forensic files (future product): Files uploaded for report generation are processed in isolated environments and permanently deleted immediately after processing. We do not store, analyze, or share uploaded forensic data.

4. Data Retention

Waitlist email addresses are retained until ForensIQ launches or until you request deletion. Uploaded forensic files are deleted immediately after processing and are never retained.
